What happens in Vegas
Amazing two weeks of vacation and business are over and I´m back from a nice trip. So what should I tell you about the famous sin city? I could talk about the usual things like what to do and what to see in Vegas or what I have done, but like an old phrase telling you everywhere: what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas

Las Vegas Video
Let us start with an video recorded on the Las Vegas Strip a few days ago and features: The Strip, Aria, City Center, MGM, Bellagio Fountains, New York New York, Caesars Palace, strange and funny People and more. Music by Barry Barclay “Keep It Going”.
Las Vegas Hotels
First of all: don´t care about where you stay, because it doesn´t really matter where you sleep, it matters where you are! And you are in Vegas! Choose one of the big Strip Hotels (Rooms starting at 29 US$) the tiny other ones or if you like bargain alerts you could also think about going downtown or off-strip (Rooms starting at 19 US$). But downtown is only cool with the Freemont Street Experience at night (when the amazing lights are turned on) and off-strip … not really if you are a first time visitor. And if you are looking for a big suite: no prob, cause there are a lot of online specials and coupons (google for “las vegas hotel coupons” etc.) and you´ll find what you need -- and I can promise you: you won´t regret a big suite (starting at 49 US$) at Aria, MGM, Bellagio, Mirage, Paris Las Vegas, Wynn, Ceasars Palace, The Venetian etc.
Las Vegas Attractions
If you like to see Vegas Attractions: Each step you take -- you´ll find it. E.g. The Stratosphere, Atomic Testing Museum, Las Vegas Art Museum, The Big Outlets (South and North) and if you like Guns: you can also fire with full automatic guns at the Gun Store etc. And remember: every big casino offers diverse attractions and shows too. But there is much more: how about a helicopter tour at night, the Hoover Damm, the Grand Canyon Skywalk or a short trip into the Death Valley ? You´ll find a lot of funny things …
Las Vegas Gambling
It depends on what you like. If you like gambling: Play at the big casinos on the strip or downtown or the small ones a step away from the strip. You´ll find a lot of gambing opportunities like Roulette, Poker, Craps, Slot Machines etc. As European you won´t find many tables with European Roulette (singe zero tables) and the other interesting thing: watch out for the table limits -- that´s one reason why Vegas is getting bigger and bigger. Most Roulette and Craps tables are starting at 5 US$, Poker tournaments at 40 US$ and above (e.g. Bellagio tournaments for High Rollers), Slot Machines at 1 Cent.
Las Vegas Nightlife
What happens … Make your night into day. It´s Vegas Baby! You will find clubs and bars, pool partys, comedy clubs, shows, strip and nude clubs etc. in Vegas -- whatever you like And again: it depends on what you like. E.g. Tao Nightclub, Drai´s After Hours, Zumanity Show, Studio 54, Safire, Playboy Nightclub etc. But remember: in the States you have to be at least 21 to gamble or to drink ! And another tip: watch out for the “Tix 4 Tonight” stores in Vegas for half price show tickets.
What you need and other Secrets
Good walking footwear is what you really need -- even if you have a car! Parking and Valet Parking is for free at the big strip hotels. -- you don´t need to worry about that. If you arrive by plane from Europe: Take a lot time with you and take a taxi to your hotel or to the car rental station (it takes you 10 minutes and about 15 US$ to get to the Strip). I should tell you also something about the guys with the adult entertainment and hostess flyer: you´ll find them everywhere at the strip- but: remember that real adult entertainment is not allowed in Las Vegas. If you are an European Gourmet -- forget about finding real Continental Breakfast or good Coffee -- you´re in USA Last bot not least: For up to date information I would like to recommend you free available print magazines like Las Vegas Weekly, What´s On, 24/7, Vegas 2 Go etc. that you´ll find on all hot spots.
